3. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data.
We share data only with service providers necessary to operate SoulTruth (e.g., hosting, AI inference).
For visitor analytics, we resolve a visitor's IP address to an approximate location using ip-api.com, a geolocation processor. This is used only to show country, city, and region in our internal admin view; it is never shared with advertisers.
4. Data Retention
- Queries and outputs: retained while account is active
- Logs: typically retained up to 1 year
- Visitor analytics events (page visits, IP, approximate location): typically retained up to 1 year, in line with logs
Users may request deletion subject to legal requirements.
5. Security
We use encryption, access controls, and managed infrastructure providers.
No system is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
6. International Transfers
Data may be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our providers operate.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies only for authentication and core functionality.
No third-party advertising or tracking cookies. For visitor analytics we use a first-party session identifier stored in your browser's local storage, not an advertising cookie.
8. User Rights
Depending on jurisdiction, users may request:
